Disney has released details of pricing, dates and schedule for the 2021 Christmas event, Very Merriest After Hours. It will take place on select nights of November 8th and December 21st, and will be a little different from the party that ran until 2019, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
The main difference is that, as it is an After Hours event, it happens after the park closes for other visitors, that is, the park’s normal schedule is not affected for those who do not attend the event as it used to. This means that the new Disney Enchantment fireworks show will be featured every night, even party nights!

Christmas event schedule
The Very Merriest After Hours lasts 4 hours, and whoever is going to participate in the party can enter the park from 7pm. The Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks special fireworks show will take place, as will the Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, which is one of the most beautiful in Disney!
That’s great news, as at the Halloween event that started happening this week, the fireworks show and parade aren’t happening. As a bonus, anyone attending the event will be able to watch both the Disney Enchantment and the fireworks show at the party. Cool huh?
The Christmas parade is so beautiful!
Jungle Cruise and Monster’s Inc Laugh Floor will be given a special Christmas theme, and all of the park’s main attractions will be running during the event with much shorter queues, one of the biggest perks of After Hours events.
In addition, the characters will be scattered throughout the park, and snacks such as ice cream, popcorn, soft drinks and water are included in the ticket.

Disney Very Merriest After Hours 2021 pricing
Tickets will go on sale on August 20th on the Disney website. Prices range from $169 to $229 + taxes for November and December dates. On December 19th and 21st, the event costs more: US$249 + taxes.
To participate in the Very Merriest After Hours it is not necessary to have a park day ticket or a Disney Park Pass reservation, just the event ticket.
